The Gandy Dancer State Trail is divided into a northern and a southern segment and trail activities vary between the segments. The Friends of Gandy Dancer Trail are promoting, protecting and maintaining trail activities in the southern segment of the trail. This segment begins in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin near Interstate State Park. It travels for 47 miles through the communities of Centuria, Milltown, Luck, Frederic, Lewis, Siren and Webster, ending in the town of Danbury.

The Southern segment is a level grade and the limestone surface provides a safe, accessible trail for walkers, hikers, joggers and bicyclists. A state trail pass is required for bicyclists. Passes are available from designated vendors along the trail and at the Polk County Information Center in St. Croix Falls and Burnett County Tourism Center in Siren.

The Gandy Dancer Trail is one of the area's finest amenities. The Friends Group invites you to come travel the trail on foot or on bike. Look for birds, bears, mushrooms & wildflowers. Enjoy the woods, water, fields and villages. And be sure to share your trail experiences on social media. #HappyTrails #GandyDancerTrail #OutWiGo #FriendsofGandyDancer #BikeWisconsin
